Randy's estate planning and probate practice includes advising, designing and documenting estate plans for individuals and families, trust supervision and estate administration. Central to these services is the preservation and transfer of family wealth and the reduction of estate taxes within the parameters of the clients' personal needs, goals and objectives. Randy also has a particular expertise and experience in dealing with the sensitive issues involved in handling guardianships or conservatorships for the care and protection of the young, the elderly and the disabled.
Another area of Randy's practice is real estate law representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions with a particular interest and experience in issues of title insurance. In each transaction Randy diligently investigates all issues to assure his client receives the maximum benefit from the transaction with the lowest possible risk. Within this real estate practice Randy has also developed a particular expertise in the field of timeshare law. His representation of timeshare developers involves drafting and reviewing documents for establishment of the timeshare regimes, registration and title insurance issues, resolution of title issues, deed preparation and processing, and inventory maintenance. His clients include one of the largest developers in the industry. Randy also provides assistance to individual timeshare owners in the sale or transfer of their timeshare interests.
